I won't say the staff is incompetent. I had interaction with one person and it was nice. It's just the way it works, the hotel has not enough supervision. There was a cockroach in my room. The communal toilet's light wasn't working. The room smelled vomit and cigarrette and the heating was at maximum potencial at the arrival, accentuating those smells. It's obvious that for this price there's not much to wish for, but your feeling by entering in a hotel shouldn't be "I'm looking forward to be leaving tomorrow morning."

Wrong date, not money back

I did reservation but i don't know why but the date was changed at las moment , i asked to send me money back because its mistake ...and nothing going on...

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at

Terrible hotel, hotel smelled of smoke, white walls turning yellow. Consent smell of urine in toilets along with urine on the floor. No bedding for the third bed. Room no clean enough, found a used condom wrapper under mattress. Cigarette ends down the side of the bed. Holes in sheets. Also ground floor being used as social housing. Will never stay in this property again.

A FUIREEEE deguelasse du jamais vue l’hôtel le plus degueulasse de france les draps sale avec des troue de cigarette une flaque d’urine dans chaque toilette une odeur à vomir le sol était très sale les murs de base BLANC sont jaune je ne conseille à aucune personne d’aller dans cette hôtel même mon pire ennemi je ne le souhaiterai pas de passer une nuit dans cette hôtel je suis arriver dans la chambre je suis partie aussi vite que je suis venue je suis carrément sortie par la sortie de secours pour rejoindre au plus vite la voiture avant la fermeture de l’hôtel à 21h c’était vraiment désastreux je ne m’attendais pas à du luxe mais je ne m’attendais pas à une chambre aussi affreuse 45€ pour sa!!!??? c’est du foutage de gueule si le responsable de l’hôtel tombe sur cette avis nettoyer votre hôtel fermer le carrément

There was bedbugs. Had to sleep with deet slapped on us. Photo of bug available on request. Room stank of cigarettes and sweat. Cigarette burns in the top blanket. Nobody in reception evening or morning.
