Je suis déjà venu plusieurs fois ici , j'ai presque toujours été satisfait. Mais cette fois il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes, je constate une très nette baisse de qualité. -les codes ne fonctionnent pas pour ouvrir les chambres, obligation de s'adresser au personnel à chaque fois que l'on veut rentrer... -pas de serviette, pas de gobelet pour boire un verre d'eau, se laver les dents -la télé fonctionne mais les chaines sont toutes déréglées -petit déjeuner peu copieux : un peu de pain et pain de mie, pas de brioche, gâteaux, viennoiseries, laitages, fruits -pas de lumière dans une toilette En l'état je déconseille cet hotel

I have stayed in many F1 hotels and it seems the standards have gone downhill (they weren’t that high to begin with!) no toilet roll in the communal toilets, walls with holes in, boiling hot rooms.

Bij aankomst wisten we niwt goed wat we zagen. Heel slecht! Vuil, stinkend hotel, schimmel en ongedierte op de kamers. We zijn er letterlijk weggevlucht en zeker niet blijven overnachten! Dat fit nog bestaat in 2024, niet te geloven!Dit hotel moet gesloten worden!

Arrived very late on a busy Friday evening after driving all the way from Massy, on the road to Bordeaux. Had a warm welcome from the lady at reception who opened the gate and managed the check in for me as I was falling asleep. Very practical location close to A10, shopping center and bakery shops near by. Good value for money.

Inferior maintenance :-( Only one toilet works for floor, no light on at other or completely closed! No soap was in bathroom and it was generally quite far from cleanest one. Printer did not run at front desk, invoice needed to be sent via email... Position is standard for these hotels, but price was higher than expected with such amenities, probably because of Loire Valley location. Luckily, for two nights there only!
