Good location. Easy check-in and very nice staff. Wifi good. Bed comfortable. The hotel is getting a bit old. Maybe needs refreshing. The duvet on the bed smelt bad.

The bed was terrible, the hotel is cheap, but still I expected a better bed.

It was so disgusting. The room smells of tabacco.The walls of the room were steined everywhere. An the toilett were so dirty that we prefer not to have a shower. About the breaksfast it was extremely poor and the was no enought space for everybody and also a little bit dirty. We try to live the hotel as soon as possible.

The simple and fast must not be confused with dirty and bad maintened. Our experience during the check-in was not good. The employee took more than 20 minutes just to login in the computer. The room was totally hot and the window could not be kept opened due to the easy access to the parking area and also due to the bugs that were flying there. The bed sheets were stinky, as well as the rest of the facilities. The toillets were in a terrible condition. They are old, not comfortable and totally dirty. Our plan to be there was just a stop to rest during our road trip, but in the end I guess I was even more tired in the next day. This was our first experience in a Formula 1 Hotel, and probably the last.

After I booked online, I paid online and received the command number GJQDFQSV. But when get to the hotel at 22:00 ,after 30 minutes waiting, i was told that, the hotel is full. they have no rooms for us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At midnight told us no rooms for us!!!! After I have paid online!!!!! We can't believe this. Then worker at the hotel front desk told us ,we have take a taxi to go to LYON SUD OULLINS F1. After 30 minutes of 35 euros of taxi, We got to the LYON SUD OULLINS F1 at 22:55, and there is no one at front desk, and no one answers the phone!!!!!!We waited for 30 minutes!!!!! And finally we were told we need to pay 41.66Euros again!!!!!! it was 23:30 we have no choices ,but to pay and finally rest because we are so tired. I demand a refund for both the rooms at lyon sud and lyon est beynost and our taxi 31.6+35+41.66=108.26!! And I want to know why after i paid online, no one told us there is no rooms!!!!!!

The hotel was very difficult to locate. Your other local hotel was much more obvious - it was they who gave me directions. The room felt a little damp and had a slight smell.

Stay was fine - checked in online before travelling but did not receive codes to rooms as promised by text- meaning we had a 5 minute wait to enter the site as no code to unlock gates - this service is great idea to those arriving very late - after 23.00 - but does not work
