The facilities were as expected, but it was a very hot night and the room was too hot. As the hotel is very close to the highway when you open the window it is too noisy. In other situations, the rooms with bathroom are a good option for an economic stopover.

The room is small but OK. We paid for breakfast, but at morning nobody was at reception, all things were closed. We coild wait for 20 mins with other guests together, then we had to begin our trip. It was a real disappointing.

Good staff but did not like the statement large double bed and when I seen the bed it was small double bed instead. Also the walls are very thin as in the middle of the night I woke up on shouting and arguing on the hallway one customer with another guest. She was shouting too that the bed is a joke.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room is very small but perfect for just one night. I chose a room with a shower inside, which made it really good to relax and rest.

The room was dirty had bugs on the walls and the floor was pealing away. The fire alarm went off at about 1:30 am for 20 minuets. Train tracks made it difficult to sleep although I understand that is totally out of your control. In the morning I when to have a shower and use the toilet. There was no hand sanitizer in the toilet and when I went in the shower the hot water didn’t work at all so I had to have a cold shower.

The reception staff were as pleasant as usual and you can be at 1am but the car park was littered with rubbish and belongings strewn everywhere. There were numerous (15-20) very young children playing (quite innocently) around the car park which seemed very odd for that time of night. There were some adults in attendance but the whole situation was not very reassuring or what you’ d expect.

Check in was OK and information adequate. Some of the toilets didn’t have working lights, which wasn’t helpful. The shower was good and refreshing and the breakfast was acceptable. The beds could have been bigger and more comfortable and the mattresses were overdue replacement.

The hotel was not good. the shower on the floor i was staying did not work, the fire doors left open, men camping in the car park.
