Arrived very late, 11.30pm & the receptionist was there to check us in. Room was clean & okay, a bit chilly until heating got room warmed up.

No soap

Stayed 4 people (incl 2 kids), and it turns out that there is no soap to wash your hands after toilet visit. I'm not sure that is even legal. The reception did not speak any English I asked at the reception about the soap, and it was not possible to buy any. They suggested that i went into the shower (if there is one free) to get some shampoo to wash our hands.
