It was very clean, the reception was good. However it seems that the previous person who occupied the room was a smoker. The smell was like someone smoking cigars I think. The smell was not from ordinary cigarets. The odour stayed in the room and it was not too pleasant even if the room was clean. I hope you could find a solution for this but for the rest, we were very satisfied.

I was worried at first that you have a gate with security guard. The reception staff was friendly, the room clean breakfast was plenty with a sufficient choices.

Was a usual stay, so got what we expected however a bit concerned by the unexpected hole punched out in the shower cubicle ..... was a bit odd .... should get repaired.

Good people with excellent personal skills, working in a lustre lacking hotel, with worn decor.

Stained bed sheets too hot

The bedsheets had a big blood stain on them which was very unpleasant and made me feel dirty. The room was very hot and it was hard to sleep.

check in was smooth an nice. hotel seems more targeted at professionals than family. On the second night a guy got drunk and put music loudy just bellow our window. While not really disturbing me, it still made my wife feeling unsafe.

We have used F1 before and were expecting a basic level of cleanliness and facilities which is what we got!

Very good short stay hotel in a convenient location near the motorway.

The room, toilets and showers were spotless, and breakfast fine.. The lady at the desk was able to direct us to a nearby restaurant for a meal. (Idea - why not have ready made photocopies of the area that guests can use to navigate to places for eating?). Only one problem - the light in the toilet actually went out while using and and only came on again when the door opened. I should also say that we drove past the hotel twice because signage is almost non-existent
