Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. I used the "in case of absence" line phone. Went nowhere because the attendant's phone "was put on silence by his colleague". I used the 08 number provided in the email you sent me. No one replied. I used the email you provided me, no one replied. After 30 minutes the desk guy showed up. When I could finally got to bed I wanted to plug in my phone there was no electric plug to be found in a room with no toilet/shower (I found just 1 the next day at eye level near the sink). I know you're in the business of cheap and that's fine. But not providing the service you claim to provide is then a massive issue because it becomes dysfunctional. And if the brand experience you provide is the one of a prison cell, then you'll understand everyone will want to not repay that experience at any cost. Next time I'd rather pay double to go to hotel B&B.

The place was so bad we left and stayed somewhere else. We were expecting budget but it did not match the images in the website at all!!! It was shocking. Dirty, smelly, dilapidated and not somewhere we will ever consider staying again!

Room was clean. Friendly staff. No towels or soap. Bed was ok. Quite location. Easy access from the motorway. Ok for one night. Toilet and shower are communal.

Cannot complaint, you get for what you paid for.
