Location is very good, I had everything in walking distance. But there were one major issue. Toilet seat was broken, but not visible on first sight, so I ripped of some hair. Unpleasant and unfortunately more than one time, as in between I forgot about that fact and it happened again.

Great location, good functional room with everything you need (even a waterkettle can be borrowed). Only one reason that I didn't give a 9: my room was not cleaned one day, although I had left before 13.00.
