Completely satisfying to experience perfectly gracious team of hotel employees. They helped me with everything from finding a place to have an antigen test, boutiques in surrounding cities that offered beautiful clothing for me to buy for my girlfriend, offering me ping pong balls, clearing up the confusion about my reservation with complete professionalism. This is not a luxury hotel. But this is a very comfortable, highly competent, friendly landing spot for your travels. Seriously folks. Completely satisfying experience. Thank you

Overall the location is good to base yourself from to visit all over Provence however the hotel is on a highway so not good to walk to town and taxis non existent. The fans in the room have zero impact and in summer you need them due to he heat, it made it too difficult to sleep at night. Pool area is poor, given it isn't located near anything, I wished the pool was cleaner, in better condition and the area around it nicer.

Second stay in Ibis Cavaillon Luberon. Amiable staff, spacious clean rooms, secured parking, good breakfast and dinner options, nice swimming pool, common area to play table tennis and football. Had a great time visiting the area during lavender bloom season.

The A/C was barely working. The Internet was barely working. To top it off, there was no housekeeping. When we returned from a day of visiting the beautiful villages in the Provence, the beds were still unmade, there were no fresh towels and even the soap was not renewed. Generally we like the Ibis chains and I rarely complain when there are small problems. But this was a bit too much... plus the rooms are really, really old and tired and need an upgrade. I think we would have been better offer at the 2-star Ibis Budget close-by.

The hotel is in a convenient if not sceneric location close to the motorway. The staff is really friendly and efficient though obviously overworked. They smile and work but you see how many tasks they have to perform at the same time and understand that the owner does not overinvest. The rooms are not as pretty as the lobby but the shocking detail is the deliberate absence of TOILET BRUSH in the toilets with easy ti imagine consequences. If I were the owner I would feel ashamed at what this may inflict to your partner and to the cleaning staff if you made the mistake to absorb solid food prior to your stay

The hotel didn't measure up to the usual Ibis standards. The room was hot. I called to ask about adjusting the temperature. Admittedly, I don't speak much French, so I'll take responsibility for the language barrier. The first person had trouble understanding my question and she eventually hung up on me - or perhaps was disconnected? - regardless there was no call back. When I tried again, asking for someone who spoke some English, I was told that the room temperature was not adjustable because it was hot outside! The windows could not be opened so we just had a hot, stuffy night. During this trip we stayed in 7 different hotels and did not have this problem in any other hotel. The Pros - good location, easy to get to, parking available, good breakfast The Cons - room too hot, only a skinny pillow for each of us, no drink machines, drinks only at the bar and the price was 4.10 euro for one tiny bottle of Coke.

We regularly use Ibis hotels. They are clean, efficient, we'll run and have an excellent breakfast. This was no different, but was rather further from the centre of town than I thought when I booked (I was late in booking and hadn't researched very well). The up-side was that we ate in the restaurant on site on a couple of nights and found it very much better than we had expected. The food was fresh and included some regional specialities as well as (more unusually, in France) some good vegetarian choices. The restaurant had a good number of staff, but sadly with the notable exception of two waiting staff, they were mostly rather poor - forgetting the order, failing to bring the drinks, having to check the order again etc. I would recommend this hotel for excellent hotel service (large showers and our room had a balcony, which I hadn't expected) and the food in the restaurant was good, but the lack of experience of most of the staff there showed.

Water pool, good and very friendly staff. We had late check in and manager from check in desk helped us with restaurant, which was ready to close ))). Also explain to my kids when and how they can use water pool

Good position of the hotel, in a quiet area, easy acces, close to many touristic attraction, clean, big room (with a gorgeous view of the sunset over Luberon),comfortable bad, acces to the pool, good breakfast, friendly staff.

This is an old building in good shape. The rooms are unexpectedly large and comfortable. Personnel at the front desk need training with administrative procedures. They hardly speak english, but they are nice and helpfull. Our level of French is low but we had no trouble at all. If you go to this region and book at this hotel you need a car to move around.

Great for overnight stop on Autoroute. We were only in Hotel from 23:30 to 06:30 to sleep, but it was very easy to get to from Autoroute, very clean and comfortable beds and floodlit secure car parking. Just what we wanted.

When we arrived at 1:30 PM we were told that the hotel was overbooked but that they arranged to book the rooms at the adjoining Hotel Mercure. The personnel was very kind and helpful. We stayed two nights. We had dinner at the restaurant the first evening and the food was not too great. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice with several items to choose from.
