The hotel is basic with no restaurant on site but breakfast is provided. That said the rooms are clean, staff very helpful and the check in/out process very seamless.

Easy access to DLR route

The room is quite expensive for what it is being essentially a box room with a shower room. The carpet of the room looks quite dirty and could do with a deep clean. The room itself is comfortable and there’s little to no outside noise which was great. It’s a short walk from the Blackwall DLR station which was easy for us to get to where we wanted to visit. There was a booking issue which meant my Husband’s breakfast wasn’t included so he was charged £13.50 whenever he required breakfast which is extortionate for a small platter like plate of food. In a nutshell, I wouldn’t rush back to stay with you but I would be happy to stay in another IBIS branded hotel.

Fine for a few nights. Bath could have been a bit cleaner. Everything else was fine, the staff was nice and friendly
