But the matress was dirty and the room was cold their was no hot water when i told him he was not worried about it

This is the second time I've stayed at Canary Wharf, and each time I've been told I haven't booked breakfast and been forced to show my booking on the App to show that I have. It's frustrating. Even more so, the first time I stayed, back in August 2024, the staff implied I was lying about having booked breakfast as my app is in French and they could not understand it. This time the manager used google translate to check, but this should never have been required. I booked on your website as I always do, I am a Gold member with Accor and have never been questioned in this way when staying in other Ibis hotels, particularly the one at Canning Town.
