Stayed for 1 night for Olly murrs concert at 02 arena. Clean tidy hotel basic but adequate room for what it was needed for. 15 min walk from Canary Wharf station. Cannot comment on breakfast as we didn’t have this but from what I seen on leaving the hotel looked ok.

Hotel close to the city's commercial area, great for business trips and with good access to public transport. Room without luxury but very comfortable. Honest breakfast and very attentive staff.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we attended a concert at O2. This hotel was conveniently situated and the O2 is only a short tube ride away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Please be aware of the car park. It’s managed by Your Parking Space. I made a mistake by paying the car parking fee prior to checking into hotel. Please don’t do this. Check in first and you will receive a token to get a discount on parking at this hotel. If you pay the full amount by mistake, Your Parking Space will not refund the difference.

appalling customer service and interactions from staff member Francesca. Rooms are well over priced for basic amenities. there is a strange smell in the hotel like they have a drainage issue and the on site parking is £25, (half price with a discount) for 24 hrs which isn't stated on the website. I'm also still waiting for a refund since march ............................. The only good thing is it's location as it's not far from the O2 arena, other than that I would recommend spending a bit more and go to a more reputable hotel
