Quite disappointed with our stay at Ibis Docklands. Door to the room had obviously been kicked in fairly recently, had issues with the keycard and ended up going up and down and up and down to customer services given key after key update, rather than someone just swapping the room or coming up to sort it in themselves. Not a huge issue but a pain when we’d just arrived expecting to be able to relax, and staff not very apologetic. Then happened again when we returned to the hotel at night- back up and down to Reception again twice before the manager came and helped. Room was okay but toiletries weren’t great. Understand it’s not exactly a 5 star hotel but after having had great experiences with Ibis before was disappointed and will consider other options before staying again.

Just what we expect from ibis. Good location - easy to drive to but also easy to get in to central London. Staff were really friendly and helpful, arranging car parking for the next day. Breakfast was also reasonable. Cheap and cheerful room but nothing wrong with that.

Hard bed. Sheets had a nasty smell. Horrible plastic pod bathroom. All up this was a very-expensive room considering the bed and bathroom!

Nice room, good basic amenities. I appreciate the re-usable containers for toiletries (vs millions of tiny bottles being trashed). Quiet room, good tea and coffee available with hot pot. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed, as I chose the hotel b/c I would not have to walk around that area at night alone. WOuld be good to let your customers know about that. The breakfast staff were wonderful but unfortunately out of milk - not their fault. The breakfast buffet is really very nice!

First stay at this hotel, required for London marathon. The manager Brian and Francesca were extremely accommodating with my required date changes due to covid and the marathon postponement, couldn’t fault their customer service - thank you! Our stay was very comfortable, easy to get to near the tube.

Front desk staff abrupt and uncaring. “Hot” breakfast was cold, no milk for cereal or tea/coffee. When raised it with staff they didn’t really care and when they did bring out hotter items only when prompted were sarcastic. Not very helpful when check in as to where room was located in the hotel. Room was clean but refreshments in room wasn’t replenished.

Great overnight stay for a gig at the O2. Speedy check in and out, lovely breakfast included. Good location, parking, team were very accommodating. Will definitely be going back in November, A+.

I as checked into room 311 , I opened the door and found a lady also checked into to 311. Neither of us made a a fuss I went back downstairs and was moved to room 410 . Curiously it seemed difficult foe the lady at reception to find my reservation

As mentioned above had another couple enter our room. This was due to our room being double booked. Was worried about leaving our belongings in the room as had we not have been there we would not have known

I won't be able to answer the rest of this survey personally as I booked a room at this hotel for my daughter and her friend to stay at after graduation celebrations. I was very pleased with the location, the price and especially the email communication from the General Manager Brian Opauka. The girls appreciated being able to check-in from 2pm - to get ready for the night ahead! And the very generous midday check out the following day.

Arrived a couple hours early and was easily able to get a parking spot, paid for parking for the duration of the stay and then paid for the room. Upon arriving back at the hotel at 13:55 I was told (by the receptionist) check in does not start until 2 and that she was busy dealing with house keeping. We did not get checked in until 1415, not a massive deal but still not great to be kept waiting. When we entered the room, it was clean and presentable, there was a small stain on the pillow but that was dealt with very quickly. Overall, we'd stay here again and apart from the second receptionist all staff were extremely helpful and accommodating
