Hôtel was easy and near Effiel , room was clean and comfortable . Despite only around 18sq meter , it is easy to fix into a couple .. but with family may be a bit smaller . Overall , I was lucky to stay at the top level which give me good space and privacy

Disappointed by The non - recognition of a Silver Member. I had to ask for the manager to complain. The staff in the reception did not give any kind of recognition it priority to check in ! It took me more that 25 minutes in a line to check in. When asked for priority the man with a lot of tatoo on his arms he told me go to the end of the line. Really fist time disappointed form non recognition!!

Hotel rates itself as 4-star, however, the overall experience is worse than the 3-star ibis of India. Privilege room and it’s bathroom is much smaller. Amenities and toiletries are poor quality. Breakfast is mostly cold and same everyday. Breakfast menu is limited with almost nothing freshly made/cooked. Staff is not very warm or welcoming and overall service including room service is very bad, and negative as per Indian standard. The hotel appears to be below poverty line as per Indian hospitality standards, and gives a highly impoverished reflection of Paris. The hotel is very costly and doesn’t provide value of even 10% of tariff it charges. Cannot recommend this hotel for stay or food or breakfast at all.
