Overall, it was a good stay, but the check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived at 8:40 a.m. after an early flight and, despite waiting patiently until the stated 3 p.m. check-in time, we were not checked in until 3:30 p.m. Having travelled extensively, we have rarely experienced such a long wait, as hotels usually try to accommodate guests who arrive early when possible. Apart from the check-in experience, everything else was satisfactory.

However, we regret to learn that your check-in process did not meet your expectations. Our standard check-in time is at 3 p.m., and we strive to ensure that all guests are accommodated as efficiently as possible. What happened is that the day before, there was a very busy occupation. Your room was a double Privilege room, sometimes other categories of rooms can be ready before the Privilege ones.
