We were greeted by a young lady outside who organised the parking arrangements and were also met by a bellhop who sorted the bags from the car and sent them to our room. At reception, we were greeted by Honey, who not only checked us in, but also helped me get the Accor app set up on my mobile phone. Then the normal high standards of being a guest were applied during our stay.

I always love staying at the Novotel Hamilton mainly because the people are so kind, friendly, and helpful. The facilities of course are first class but it really is the people that make it for me.

Felt very welcome. Had a lovely room looking out onto big green trees with the mighty Waikato river below
