This hotel is very dear to me. Started staying a few years ago at the beginning of an important acquisition. Immediately looked after by the team. Wonderful workers, high standard rooms, great gym. Reception team could not do enough for you. And the best breakfast in Brasil, lovely to take a good long café de manhã there and prepare for the day!

Great hotel, nice infrastructure, very clean, excellent location nearby ibirapuera and MAC SP, free motocycles, nice lunch basket for lunch in the the park, excellent breakfast, and fair pricing. A great option for good family weekend and family time.

The hotel is a great value. Many airline crews stay there because if that. I would only suggest to have fluffier towels. The rest is excelent. People in the hotel always smile. Love it. Security is highly visible making it feel good

I've stayed in this hotel numerous times before and the hotel itself did not disappoint. Good amenities, large size gym, strong wifi signal, very clean, close to good restaurants. All in all very comfortable and welcoming. The one gripe I have during my last trip is that I was charged 1 extra day of parking because I decided to utilize my late-check out benefit. Not complaining about the cost or the poor parking service. It's the fact that I was not informed well in advance of this pending charge. Had I known, I would've understood and moved on. In any case, this was very disappointing and I hope hotel management would be so kind as to warn guests in advance of any potential surprising charges they may incur.

The hotel is nice and modern. I've stayed several times before and enjoyed it. My issue on this stay is that housekeeping didn't clean my room even though I asked for it to be cleaned twice. I was also initially placed in a room reserved for flight attendants as there was no mini bar. Fortunately one of the members of the reception staff changed me to a better room. It's a nice property, I just dont think that I should have to manage by stay as much. Things like a good, clean room should be automatic.

Didn't Disappoint

I stayed in this particular Pullman Hotel before and was happy with them, though I expected as such given their established star rating. This visit, however, I was particularly impressed overall. The front desk personnel were helpful, courteous and accommodated my online requests, The amenities were on point - gym was good although they should get appropriately sized collars for the bigger diameter weight bars. Food and service at restaurant was good but if you're interested in local dining, the hotel is fairly close to some really exceptional restaurants and these are an Uber ride away. All in all, very pleased and happy for a weekend stay. Will book again when I am in this part of the world again.

We stayed for one night and had a beautiful time. The Hotel is in a very good shape, the staff is amazing and very very kind. Rooms are clean and very nice equipped. No taxis in the hotel when I need to. Sometimes I phoned to the reception and there was no answer. And the worst I asked for being awaked in the morning and nobody called me. Very disappointed with my staying ....

One of the best hotels in Sao Paulo with very friendly staff and good service orientation.Location is good and the rooms are decent (although need some little maintenance).Ground floor is nicely set and has an open atmosphere.An annoyance was found in the non-respect of the non-disturb button by the minibar ladies (happened several times).

I liked a lot the Pullman Ibirapuera. It has a very sophisticated atmosphere. The location is very nice as you can walk to the Ibirapuera Park. I would definitely go back to the same hotel in case I travel to São Paulo again.

I am member of accorthotels. but in this hotels it doesnt matter if you are, have some problems with the bathroom, but the worst part is the restaurant, NO at the level of any hotel of 4 stars. i have to resend the food i asked for twice,. IN room services you order something but they send whatever they understood. in clonclution Food and Beverage department needs to improv NOW.

I spent three nights at Pullman Sao Paulo Ibirapuera during a business trip. The highlight was the staff -- attentive and warm without ever being overbearing. My room was spacious, impeccable and had a nice view. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable and black-out curtains helped me sleep in the day I could. The bar and restaurant in the lobby have a nice vibe. The fitness center is larger and better equipped than most hotel gyms. I had a late flight on my last day in Sao Paulo and was surprised when the hotel offered me a 4 p.m. late checkout. In look forward to being back.

Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera is very well located, the employees were very kind and polite. The room was silence, clean and I had a perfect night sleep in my bed. And what can I tell about the breakfast, delicious, that's the best word to describe. I will return, as soon as possible.

The Team at Pullman Sao Paulo was first class. Very helpful and attentive. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. When I stayed there was a convention at the hotel and it was full. However you would have never noticed given the hard work put in by the staff.

Fantastic hotel, next to 23 de maio Avenue and Ibirapuera's Park. It's a 15-minute walk to subway station, Paraíso. Very nice fitness center, heated swimming pool. Close to many attractions and Congonhas' airport. This hotel hosts American Airlines' and Air France's crew everyday. The unique negative point is the garage: the valet park company employee told me I could not drive my car into it. So I had to leave the keys with other driver to park it for me. The hotel direction should change it and allow we drive our own car. Back to the hotel, I do recommend it.
