As a recent guest at Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera, I am happy to share my experience with other travelers. I must say that my stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service from the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. During my stay, I was particularly impressed by the level of customer service that I received, especially from Graziela Lima and Ana Julia Feltrin. The staff at this hotel are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and their attention to detail and commitment to customer care is truly exceptional. Despite consuming a strong cocktail and losing consciousness at the bar, the staff acted quickly and efficiently to ensure that I was safe and well, which I found incredibly reassuring. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms that offer all the amenities one could ask for. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the city's many attractions and amenities. Overall, I would highly recommend Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience in São Paulo. The level of service and attention to detail that I received during my stay was truly extraordinary, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire staff for making my stay unforgettable. Pullman Ibirapuera always out performs expectations. This hotel will always remain my first choice for business travels to São Paulo. Everyone is great. Especially Ms Karol and Mr Francis at the reception desk, Jhonny, Rebecca and Carlo at the Bar/restaurant, Luana and Kaline at breakfast always go above and beyond. Thank you all.

Awful Gym Facility. Sauna out of Service. Pool sized for Children.

I’ve been coming to this hotel regularly for business for about 4 years. I like the restaurant a lot and especially the bar tenders Rebecca and Dionysus. They are always such a pleasure and Dionysus is one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking with. He really knows how to make a great drink. The rooms are okay, but really need to be updated. There is no heating system and the A/C is questionable. My biggest complaint is the gym. I did however enjoy the new trainer Alef, he was very friendly and helpful along with speaking English. I try to workout regularly but I really can’t stand the ancient equipment in the gym. The gym was closed recently for a couple of weeks along with the pool supposedly so that it could be remodeled. The sauna hasn’t worked for years and the A/C doesn’t work from time to time. Absolutely nothing was done during the so called remodeling. All of the equipment is still old and outdated. The ropes on the machines are frayed and look to be years old and the cables and free weights are rusted. Everything needs to be replaced. I really don’t understand why the broken sauna and weight machines along with cardio machines haven’t been repaired or replaced. It really is a shame. I’ll continue to stay at the hotel for the people, but I’ve joined a local gym (Smart Fit) to use when in Sao Paulo. I’m going to miss the gym staff, but not the gym itself.

It is a pleasure to receive your positive feedback about the service at the bar, especially about our drinks, which are prepared with great care, and about Rebeca and Dionísio's service! Rest assured that we will pass on your comments about our apartments to our Maintenance Management so that they can analyze them as an opportunity for improvement. Anyway, if you have any difficulties with our air conditioning system, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay so that we can assist you promptly. Regarding the remodeling of the gym, in fact, it underwent a preventive and safety maintenance process for two weeks. We exchanged all the air conditioning system and renovated its structure, in addition, for safety and regulatory reasons, we carried out preventive maintenance of the firefighting system, which required the isolation of the whole area as it was a preventive maintenance of the sprinklers. We will also send you your comments about the maintenance of the gym equipment and machines to our Maintenance Management. Finally, about the sauna issue, during the pandemic we had to disable the service. Due to the time without use and maintenance, it is necessary to carry out maintenance on the site, so we are waiting for material to come from abroad so that we can reactivate the sauna for our guests. In the meantime, it remains temporarily closed. We hope you can trust our quality management and it will be a pleasure to welcome you again so that we can provide you with an even better experience! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was outstanding. Lucilene was attending to us and she was professional and courteous. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. The Front Desk staff was also polite and helpful. Would recommend this Hotel for sure.
