The staff were lovely. The rooms were clean, well presented and very comfortable. We enjoyed the takeaway from the kitchen and the pool was lovely. Only complaint was that we could not adjust our air con which was set too warm.

It was a short stay as we were running an event at Rosehill Gardens so checked in very late. Few comments, fridge was exceptionally dirty and towels weren't very clean. Reception and over all experience was very pleasant, thank you.

I was very impressed with the service, the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Room was good, beds a bit harder than I normally like, but loved the interconnected rooms, made our stay so much easier!

Clumsy check in, but very comfortable room

When checking in I was given a key to room 611, which had someone already in it. Once I returned to the reception and given a new room I suggested maybe a few beverages for my trouble, which the hotel covered the cost of two (2) beers. The carpets were a little stained but the bed was very comfortable and generally happy with my experience. Great shower and water pressure too.

Great place to stay just needs air conditioning fixed as rooms are very hot, My Son and I got stuck in the elevator for about 1 hour Tara kept talking to us and helping us stay calm and with the help of Debashish helping me get out of the lift as I suffer with bad back pain and I have a disability card for my car, But this is my second time there and I will be back on the 9th with my children we have booked two rooms for 4 nights. I thought someone may have offered me a discount but I guess not anyone can do that. I like it there as I’m close to what my needs are for. Thank You Garry K.

The location and room where we stayed was ok ..But unfortunately my 90 year old mum and my sister stayed was unfortunately next door to some very rude noisy and no consideration to the people in the other rooms ..They were yelling running up and down the hallway and banging oh the walls yelling and screaming.. My family made a call to reception they were quiet for a while then started again my sister was to scared to complain again.. I reported to the desk the next day just in case in happened again .The next night they were noisy to start but quietened down pretty quick...

Our stay was great. The one thing that stood out the most was the staff. They were very welcoming, always smiling, helpful, caring & very professional. The team at Mecure Parramatta are a valuable asset to your organisation. During this Covid-19 pandemic the hotel had in place social distancing directions, hand sanitisers in high traffic areas, Eg - front desk and entrance to elevators.

Very comfortable beds for a perfect nights sleep. I have stayed here numerous times for work. It is a great location for my needs and the staff are overwhelmingly fantastic. Special mention goes to Elise at the service desk/reception.

Got there about 10.30am and got let straight into the room which was excellent as I was going to the races at 11am Stay was good Just a couple of things (not complaints but just constructive comments) The cards didn't seem to work very well (particularly in the lifts) Toilet did not shut off after flushing Overall I thought the place was well kept and good value for money I would certainly stay there again

From the first experience with booking directly over the phone with The Mercure to check out the next day the customer service was excellent. Great location opposite Rosehill Races.
