We had upgraded to an Executive Suite on the 7th floor which had great views, more space, lovely soft towels, excellent strong shower flow but little things annoyed as it supposed to be a 4* such as and mini bar replenishment was hit & miss (sometimes replaced and sometimes not) and also no milk sachets for tea (and when I asked at reception, I was told to wait until the bar opened 2 hours later for such milk as she was on her own on reception (and my request was clearly unimportant) (FWIW: the reception area was empty when I asked). Anyhow, other than this we did enjoy or stay :)

I am an Accor ALL Platinum member but it happens very often in this hotel that the welcome drink voucher does not appear in the Accor ALL app, I have to ask the hotel reception staff to add it manually, as a Platinum member sometimes this hotel give you a small packet of biscuits at check-in, sometimes they don't bother or forget

Accueil agréable. Chambre spécieuse et propre mais plusieurs problèmes: il faut réclamer le dentifrice et le matériel pour se raser: pas digne d'un Novotel. Le petit déjeuner et quelconque pas de yaourt aux fruits!!! pas terrible pour un Novotel pour dire médiocre. Enfin, la boisson de bienvenue est inexistante! bravo super! le vendre commercialement et pas le faire... cela porte un nom en droit
