Mouldy, dirty, disgusting.

Awful avoid at all costs. Rooms are small, very dirty, mouldy and in a poor state of repair. Tower hook fell off the wall, door handle fell of trying to lock and holes in the wall. Fluorescent lights and floodlights pointed at windows all night and unsecured carpark. Some sort of insect infestation too. Breakfast poor all round. An embarrassment to ibis.

The hotel was substandard and in a bad state of repair. Rooms had (118 & 119) had toilet roll holder hanging off the wall the door lock came off when trying to lock the door. Mould in the rooms. There were also some kind of fleas in the bed in 119, this is not what we expected of an Ibis hotel.

Everything we needed for the stay in the area. The room decor, reception, bar and dining area were dated. Reception staff all very pleasant. Daily room cleaning was below standard but that didn't spoil our stay
