Great stay from welcome, to room to food. I arrived at 22:50 on a cold, wet night and was grateful to receive a hot meal from the snacks menu! Staff were brilliant and I would definitely recommend.

Travelling alone and with a dog I would have preferred an upstairs room to feel safer

Our dog friendly rooms are on the ground floor for convenience but to reassure you, given the style of the hotel, an upstairs room would have the same access to the outside as a ground floor.
