I have stayed at this hotel at two earlier occassions and know it quite good. So its a quite obvious choice for me due as the location also is good. This time I was contacted Sunday evening to verify if I would be arriving during front desks opening hours. As I thought it was open 24/7 and as I still had minimum 3 hours drive, there was no posibility for making it before 22.00. But the kind hotel clerk (David) left a card for me in safe box for me to pick up. To assure that I could find the box and side entrance, he recorded and shared a video showing where to park and where to find the safe. This was excellent and I had no problems finding my way to the room despite the late checkin time. Great initiative by David and really service taken to the next level. The breakfast was a usual great with a rich assortment and a cosy athmosphere. The staff is super kind and attentive as always.
