We only stayed one night but the room and staff were excellent. Example: I left my bag at a restaurant and could not contact them with my phone. The staff did this for me and bag was returned.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given a room upgrade to an Alpine and Lakeview room. The room was absolutely fantastic with amazing views and well appointed with everything you could need. The service was incredible both at reception and within the restaurant/lounge that offered an extensive food and drinks menu. It was an easy walk to the major attractions within Queenstown and the lounge/restaurant offered a great place to relax. This was a luxury stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we get back to Queenstown.

Our experience was generally good. The only real disappointment was that we were not given an upgraded room with a lake view even though I am a a ALL Gold member which is supposed to be one of the benefits. This was very disappointing.

This was our Honeymoon and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Being only a short walk into town it easily accessible and close to everything. Staff were great and so to the breakfast......one of the best ive had. We had a lake view room and it certainly is a great view!

Our disappointment this time is that our upgrade room was on the 7th floor ,the lift only goes to floor 6 so one has to carry luggage and we had no view. As a gold member of Accor one would expect an upgrade to have a view of the lake as we have had in previous visits

Incredible hotel, management, and front desk etc. But breakfast staff leave a lot to be desired. Nearly every encounter at minimum made us feel awkward and unwelcome, and some mornings were quite rude. Specifically being told it’s 20 minutes before closing so we can’t have water (it wouldn’t be topped up), and we had to go to the bar to ask for it by Bec really topped it off.

The hotel manager do have a nice hospitality for us as a platinum member, esp for a red wine to celebrate my husband birthday. But the check-in desk receptionist would be better if have a more nice and pleasant greetings to me.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely room and incredibly comfortable beds. The team looked after us so well from before we arrived, throughout our stay, and even helped arrange a late check-out as our flight wasn’t until later in the evening. The hot tub was also a fantastic way to relax after a day out exploring Queenstown. We really enjoyed our stay!
