Very impressed with the complex. Loved our lake view, and welcome drinks. Larger than usual hotel room. Enjoyed a hot outdoor spa before dinner. Handy to centre of Queenstown and bus to airport. A breakfast with a wide selection of excellent food was part of our stay.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip and have visited this hotel numerous times before. Unfortunately, the rooms are starting to show their age, feeling a bit worn and in need of a refresh. Check-in was smooth, but the staff member failed to mention that, as a Platinum member, my stay included breakfast and other perks. It seems the younger staff could benefit from more thorough training to ensure loyalty benefits are properly communicated.

Service was great. Room was lovely. View from window was terrible (looking at concrete wall). Restaurant food good but overpriced.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel St Moritz. The room was large with a separate living area, kitchenette and beautiful views across the lake. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant on one night during our stay and the food was great. The motel is in a quite location and within walking distance to the town centre. It is a bit of a steep climb back up to the Motel, but a perfect way to walk of those extra holiday calories.
