Just very surprised about the room view straight in to the parking ramp for a 330nzd room. Also not sound isolated doors hearing all corridor sounds even though the long distance to the bed from the door.

Loved breakfast and reception. Room was lovely with furnishings but disappointing being next to a walk way with minimal privacy through the window.

Great until the final day and we were checking out and the staff were not very accommodating. Locked the hotel room and the bed and the view from our room was amazing. It was a special occassion and this was not very well acknowledged. Would have liked for there to be some inclusions considering how much we were spending a night.

The view from 505 was excellent when looking straight out the window. The view below was not as pleasant! After the first night, we adjusted the apparatus for air circulation and slept much better!

Check-in was very slow, staff were not engaged and had little interest or speed or welcoming any guests. Concierge was non existent, no help was available at the hotel. Valet parking was a challenge arriving, but to their credit they were very fast when asking for it. Bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Stunning Hotel with beautiful views. Our Alpine Suite was very spacious, super clean and comfortable. We loved the views and amenities and other than a member of housekeeping (mini bar) walking in without knocking (not great) we were very impressed. The Foyer is beautiful and the service is pretty good. We loved our stay and it was good value compared to other properties.

Hotel was nice, room good, good views, breakfast was good, nothing really to fault with that.... What surprised us was staff, just about all seemed disinterested, not a lot of smiles, no how was your day, no engagement at all really....the atmosphere felt strange, flat, hotel did t really have much ‘soul’ you may not notice it if you work there but it really struck me. I travel for business a lot and can tell a hotel with atmosphere, energy, a happy team....I didn’t get that feeling here sorry. It was transactional.

Good service, excellent food and dining/bar venue, and well appointed room interior. Bad view from our room. Steep hike down and up hill from the hotel into and back from town.

Would have rated a 10 but the rooms (and we stayed in 3 rooms over 5 nights), all were hot, Floor 2 and Floor 7. PLEASE get air conditioning. Appropriate for a hotel of your standards and quality.

Lombardi restaurant served excellent food; however wait staff was very inattentive at times. They need training.

By way of explanation, our temperature and air handling system provides suitable air control for normal weather conditions in our alpine location, however, as you experienced is not air conditioning.
