Very comfortable, well located (except for the walk up the hill)

Dear Ken, I very much appreciate your comments regarding your recent stay with us at Hotel St Moritz. It's always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. Regarding your towels been changed we do have the hanger int he bathroom which lets you know if you would like housekeeping to replace or let you reuse your towels. If they are left on the towel rail, we know you would like to reuse them. Sorry if that information was not available. What a lovely Hotel to stay at, seem less check in with a friendly staff member, our room on the 5 level had a gorgeous lake view. Bed was so comfortable and when we had the room made up it was so lovely to come back to a lovely clean room. The Hill I heard so much about was quite steep to come up, easy going down! We got an Uber down when we were going out one night and it was drizzling and it was $10. The hotel is very close to the wharf - less than ten minutes to walk to the main area . Great location so convenient to everything, thoroughly recommend.
