We travelled to Sydney with our 4 young children to attend the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Staying at Mercure Sydney was so convenient to get on the express trains. The kids loved the pool and the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful with storing our bags after check out and hiring strollers. Definitely recommend to families wanting to travel to Sydney via train.

Hotel was well located. Reasonable price. Nice rooms. But the pool was cold, no towels at left. The cleaner was doing the room next door before 6 am waking up my kids.

Very disappointing that room didn't have a biscuit to have with my cuppa. And restaurant not open Monday. I expected both when staying at a Mercure.
