Lovely hotel, great staff and amenities. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed my time there. Staff are excellent especially James Pellegrino (Concierge Supervisor) who went out of his way to help me resolve an issue with a tour I had booked through Viator which was cancelled last minute. Would definitely recommend staying there.
