Great experience booking with Juju over the phone (Sorry if I spelled that wrong). I mostly dealt with Pippa who was outstanding. Can't say enough about the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The pillows were pretty rough, I'll probably bring my own next time. That'd be my only real complaint.

I used to stay at your Saint Kilda hotel and the bar would shut too early in the evening , at least the Glen Waverley site stays open a little later .

Really good service, good facilities, clean. Only little issue I have is the gym does not open until 5:30 AM and I like to start my day a bit earlier.

The room is clean and comfortable. Hot water is strong and fast. However, I would suggest 2 improvement: 1. the security of the door should be improved, a "security chain" should be equipped on the door so that the door would not be opened by staff accidentally. Because one day, when I was in the bathroom in afternoon, I heard somebody open my door without knock and asking. when I come out of the bathroom, the door is closed and I open the door and look outside, the hotel staff was in the corridor and said she just want to put a cookie and milk and not aware I was in the room. Actually, I was a bit shock when I heard somebody open my door and walk in without notice. I think this should be improved. 2. the food in the buffet (breakfast and lunch) can be improve with more varieties.

Second time staying at Novotel Glen Waverley. We ordered breakfast both mornings, both days sauce and salt was forgotten but once ringing reception was quickly brought so no big deal. But the breakfast trays stayed outside our door for a full 24 hours before being collected. Receptionists and staff were lovely as ever and will definitely be back when we're in the area.

We arrived at the novotel on a very hot day, kavita at the reception was so welcoming and accommodating, she was happy to carry out all of our requests and brought us a fan and a bucket of ice with a beautiful bottle of wine as we were celebrating me finishing my degree. (A very nice touch which made our stay). As accor members we felt that we were treated like loyalty. Our stay was filled with positives. Our room was clean and tidy, the house keeping staff were lovely and friendly. This Hotel serves a wonderful buffet breakfast at a good price and also has a nice dinner menu. It also has good parking facilities 25 per night. As returning customers we felt very well looked after and will return again. Thanks kavita for all your hard work.
