Staff are very friendly, place is very clean, good location with plenty to entertain yourself or children ( Plenty of places to Eat, Shopping, Picture Theatre, Ten Pin Bowling Etc ) Easy to get to the City on public transport. Overall a good all round experience for all the family

Buffet breakfast was less than average. How it was cooked. Over or under cooked bacon. Runny eggs. Tomato tasteless and sloppy. Not much variety.

Seamless experience from online booking to arrival and check in. Well greeted and looked after (including a nice gift) which was rounded out by a lovely evening at the Meze Restaurant. Staff and food were brilliant. Will definitely be using this Hotel again.
