Another good stay, thank you. However, room 312 suffers from smoke infiltration when the guest in 311 is smoking. I understand the hotel is strictly non smoking. but I also appreciate it is difficult to manage that sometimes, so could I stay in 323, 325, or 327, where if such issue occur the smoke is dissipated along the open corridor rather than get trapped outside my room door. Thank you.

We chose the Hotel because of its proximity to where our Daughter and Son-in-Law lives. It has a good environment and although simply furnished the rooms are clean, comfortable and contain everything needed including a good shower. My only complaints would be that the pillows could be softer and the coffee/teas were not replenished for the second night of our stay

The stay was rather nice. The staff were wonderful and nice. They had a bit of sense of humor, which is nice to see. Other than that, the rooms were roasting considering the weather in the UK currently. There was an “air cooling” unit in the room but it did little to nothing, especially in our first room. We moved once and I’ll admit, the air cooling unit was a tad bit better in the new room. Other than that, it’d be nice to see a mini fridge in the room or being able to pay to have one in your room.

Overall good. We always choose ibis whenever we have to travel. But this time, we found the duvet not as warm as the other ibis hotels. Except that, all went smoothly. The receptionists are helpful.

I have regular business in East London and routinely stay at this hotel. The reception staff a friendly and are aware of returning clients. The complimentary drink on arrival is a nice touch and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Please note that due to the Coronavirus outbreak we are currently unable to offer the usual hot buffet and this has been replaced by a plated hot breakfast - Should want more of the items served in your plate just ask a team member an they will provide this to you. Welcome was warm with a map of London a small London bus key chain. Room was rather clean but with some burn marks on the curtain. Shower was more or less okay but due to not having tight doors and holes as handles water was spraying into the bathroom when not cautious.

Location was a problem but overall for 20 euros a night I think it was good.the only thing I can say that the towels are a bit smelly
