I did ask reception to not give me a room close to the connecting doors on the first floor and they did. Very uncomfortable sleep with the movements and screeching connection door.

Staff need basic training

Despite paying with £46 of Accor points we were charged the full rate even though the printed receipt was clear. Not what you need sorting this out after a 223 mile drive. Additionally, a amember of staff didn't understand the word "cereal" when I asked where it was, unbelievable.

We stayed overnight with a child. Everything was fine except for the stand by bed provided for the child. This could be better. Otherwise, we had a good stay overnight. The room was clean and the facilities were as stated. The reception service was nice and kind. The hotel is decently well connected to the public transport.
