On arrival the room was not made up for 3 people. we wanted to sleep soon as we arrived due to travelling all night and our child was exhausted, this was a huge inconvenience. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and went away for 2 hours when I returned it still wasn’t made. Asked again and the receptionist shrugged and said I don’t know when it will be done, he had text house keeping but they hadn’t read the message!!! I asked to speak to the manager or request the manager contact house keeping to ensure it was done. It took 3 hours for the bed to be made up. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! The staff were completely clueless. Next morning at around 9 the house keeper just unlocked the door and walked into our room without knocking on the door. We could have been undressed this should not have happened. The staff didn’t seem like they had any training what so ever I will never stay at this hotel again.

I was very happy with the service from the front desk - always friendly and kind. The room, while small, had everything you would need. The only reason I'd give 4/5 rather than 5/5 is that the room/floor had a faint smell that reminded you of bathrooms, which wasn't the most welcoming thing after a long day exploring.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. However, the hot water stopped working for a few minutes while I was taking a shower. The room was cold, and the staff member Ricky did everything he could to help me resolve the issue. I really appreciate that.
