Comfortable Enough; Reasonable Value

The room was comfortable enough. The thermostat wasn’t very effective and this made the room very warm. The bed also wasn’t overly comfortable. The walls are very thin, we were located next door to an office on the 6th floor and this was very noisy from around 7:30 each morning. We were a little disappointed that the bar closed at 12 midnight, when the google listing says 24 hours.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was rich and delicious however, it lacked chocolat. The tea box and water gallon idea is amazing and shows great generosity. The location of the hotel is great and near the tramway station. The value for money is great. The bathroom is very clean but i wish the water pressure was a bit more.

Good value for money but nothing fancy. Nothing specific I can really complain of but well above Ibis Styles average. Breakfast buffet was relatively poor, no choice of bread and pastries. Staff at breakfast were unfriendly and looked like they were there for punishment. Very good location and walking distance from most major attractions.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was badly insulated. We could hear the noise from the traffic and from the next door. Our neighbors were talking late into the night and it kept us awake. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. There was facial hair and some stains on the tiles by the mirror left by previous guests.

The glass panel in showers was too short so the water was splashing over the bathroom. Longer panels would solve the issue. The beds were comfy and breakfast great.
