We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel, conveniently located in the center of Koblenz. The staff at the reception deserves a 10 star rating, especially Mohammed Ferooghi. Live coming back here. Room was spatious and luxurious.

Room was good except that air condition was not able to cool the room down. Service personnel did focus on "their" one service only - minibar service was not able to provide or organize toilet paper.

We stayed at the Mercure Koblenz at the start of a trip through Germany. As a Gold member we were upgraded to a Privelege room on floor 10, with a great view across the Rhine. The hotel is conveniently located for the centre of Koblenz, but unfortunately the river walk was closed during our stay so it was a bit of a longer walk. Staff were very helpful and service in the bar was very good, incuding robots to bring our our meal. Only small complaint was that the a la carte menu was not available on our first night as a buffet was provided (which is not our preference).
