Very average. Big doubt about a car park room service supplies tea coffee milk was minimal..actually had ask for coffee… no enough milk.. for the whole 5 days stay there one cupboard left un cleaned.. Not really big enough for 4people

The hotel was reasonably quite, which was good. The views are amazing and the service is alright. I found the quality of the food for breakfast and dinner to vary over the week I was there. Sometimes it was great, sometimes it wasn't. Smaller options, maybe because of Covid? The room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable. With most older hotels noise from other guests at night can be annoying, I wish the rooms had smart TV's or apps to be able to cast from my phone like some other chains i've been too, so I can watch netflix ect after a days outing. The pool and spa are great, I really liked how you could book and have the place to yourself. One bit of advice I would give to travelers would be dont bother with the bus into town from the hotel, it's cheaper to get a Uber.

Hotel clean comfy beds room service good The down side location a climb up a steep hill so looking at taxi fares to get back Breakfasts were only luke warm at best Spa did not work to full potential noisey corridors Bathroom water tank system noisy all night Not o.5 klm from town centre as advertised

Room was good, clean and tidy. Access to pool and gym was limited due to COVID restrictions but understandable. Great parking for our large vehicle The highlight for us was the staff, front of house and the restaurant staff we absolutely a pleasure to deal with, some of the best customer service I have experienced

We had a great one night stay at The Mecure Queenstown. The staff were great to deal with, the room was spacious with beautiful views of the lake and it was nice being a wee bit out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff are lovely, any issues we had they handled delicately with poise and grace. I think the staff made the stay very pleasant. The spa pools do need some attention otherwise everything else was really great.

We had a really great stay. We stayed in the Superior room and it was a perfect room size for our short stay with our little family of 4. Staff were super friendly and very accomodating even with Level 2 restrictions in place. Great value for money. Couldn't really fault anything, would happily return.

The staff were super friendly and accomodating to our every need. After the first day tables were set for us (Group of 10) prior to arriving for breakfast. The original room we were allocated smelt musty, this was quickly remedied and we were allocated another room without question and hesitation straight away. A quick change of dinner plans meant I had to leave our clothes in drier, after speaking with a staff member about it they offered to remove our washing once it was finished and have it ready for pick up at reception on return - Thank you so much for going over and beyond and making our stay wonderful :)

We have stayed at the Mercure many times and this time the restaurant food was the best we have experienced. Although the menu was reduced due to Covid level 2 the chef had done an excellent job in both the choice of dishes and the presentation. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and we were impressed at how well Sanjay, Fou, Ahbishek, Melissa and Maria coped in the restaurant with the constraints of working under Covid 2 restrictions. We hope the staff are well rewarded for the extra efforts they are all making during this uncertain time. We were grateful for the nice lake-view room upgrade and the effort that had been made to welcome us back. The housekeeping staff put a lot of work into preparing our room before our arrival – the “towel art” was so impressive we kept one intact for our whole 7-day stay! Looking forward to returning.

Checked in by a very nice female on Friday 24th Sept when we arrived. Comfortable accommodation, though looking a little tired. We were lucky to have breakfast included in our package. Enjoyed the weekend cooks, with their singing in the kitchen! Really. Cleaning needs a check over though. In breakfast room, on a front corner window, a spider web, which had caught a few flies… Gardens disappointing, from our window, 210, broom trimmed back, and blackberry growing through much of it. Could be so much more attractive…Big tree needs taken down, so one can see the lake view better. Despite these things, would stay again, as we liked the location, and nice walk or bus into town.
