No Sleep. Very noisy.

Got woken by house keeping on first morning. Maid was banging on door, even though there was a Do Not Disturb sign on it!!! Second night, got woken at 2:38 by a very loud argument outside hotel door. The screaming and shouting wen ton for hours and security did nothing. Complained to hotel and all they offered was 2000 points. Not acceptable. I want a refund!

I stayed in this hotel for the first time and it was really good value for money. It's very close to la Défense, 30 s from RER A Nanterre Prefecture so easy to access by public transport even late. I definitely recommend!

I was a bit annoyed by not having internet. This had a reason outside of the hotel but we were not notified. An old fashioned piece of paper would have been appreciated. Stay was fine and met all expectations.

This time out I was not entirely satisfied with my stay for various reasons pertaining to supplies of toilet paper, coffee , soap , tissue... all hese have been used up and no refills were supplied... We had to call and call the reception at number 17 to send us ... The femmes de menage even when she came to do the studio on the 3 or 4th day didnt bother to remark that we needed those items. each time , either we beg whoever was on the floor cleaning to get some as they were not really cooperative on that ... We had brough with us some coffee but we completed it otherwise if we had to wait for the supplied coffee we would have been still waiting probably. The issue is not pertaining to the reception as often the reception is manned by one person and he cannot leave it to attend to us. Really a small thing but it is annoying....We were sort of saving on the soap, saving on the other items as if we were in the desert. It is a bit unusual, I have never had this experience anywhere. I guess the femmes de menage need better training and even if they dont do the rooms daily because of COVID, they should visit the studios to check on those items.

Just next to RER station, pretty quiet surrounding, clean, simple, convenient room, nice service, I will not take a breakfast for next time (not much for vegie or dieting). The hotel restaurant is the best choice for dinner.

What is really great is the staff- friendly, smiled, very helpful and gentle. I like that kind of service! Hotel is nice, in quite good condition. The room was ok, with great TV, unfortunatelly majority of channels are french. Location is fantastic, connected also with the underground.

I did book a room + 1 champagne bottle. But at arrival, I did not receive the champagne and the employee refused to give me a bottle of champagne because she did note receive work instructions for that. I reminded to the employee at the welcome desk that I am a Platinum member , so I count on her professionalism to manage this issue due maybe to an oversight. But she maintained her decision . I asked to buy a new bottle, she said that the stock is sold out.

Good Hotel for a buseniss stay. Short 20 min walk from La Defense center. Or 1 stop on the red line.Why I take this hotel sometimes is to alter from the others in La Defense. It has a easy nice walk and after work there are plenty bars )after work drink' or restaurants on your way

Where else in the world do you need to knock on glass wall because the door to the reception is locked and the receptionist needs to walk there and press the exit button so you can enter to even start checking in?Scenario: 11PM after a hot summer day walking around Paris. We were given the keys, were assigned room 414, great! We were told to walk to the other building, yes the hotel has two buildings. Key would not work, but another guest pressed the exit button from the inside so we can enter. Went to 4th floor, there is no room 414. Went back to the other building to tell the staff (he is black and bald, I didn't get his name) that there is no room 414 there because rooms start at 421. He did not believe it, he went with us to the other building so we walked again. He went with us to the 4th floor of the other building, then we were able to show him that there is no room 414 there. Great again! When we returned to the main building, he found out that he could not get in, because, remember what I said ealier about the door? Yes, it is locked. He knocked at the glass walls like I did earlier, then his colleague pressed the exit button so we can all enter.We went up to the 4th floor of the main building and voila, room 414 was there! Then there's the other problem. He gave us "swipe" keys but the door only accepts contactless keys. I went down to reception again to ask for contactless keys. I pointed at the glass box containing used keys to emphasize that I need contactless keys. He told me that the swipe key should work and because he did not believe me, he went with me to room 414. Then he realised his fault and I told him I didn't want to go back down again. He went to get the correct keys. By this time, it is already 11:33pm and we were really tired. I'm a Gold LCAH member but no welcome drink was offered and seriously, I didn't really bother asking for it. WHAT A DISASTER!
