What an amazing stay. This hotel is just superb. Got to the hotel at 11.30am, but room wasn’t ready, which we expected. The guy on reception was absolutely lovely, welcoming and friendly. I didn’t catch his name sadly but he was in a lovely suit and white trainers. An absolute gentleman. We left our 3 suitcases at reception and explored Paris. When we checked in later that day, we couldn’t believe our room. It was a great size, comfy and the view was lovely. We had a slight view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Also I must stress, we stayed on May 2nd which was very hot, and we could regulate our air con. There is no problem with the air con at all. Our bed was so comfy and we all slept like logs. The bathroom was a great size, with a walk in shower and a bath. Both easy to use and could regulate the temp easily. The toilet was separate from the bathroom but it was ok. The rooftop bar is super cool, if a little expensive, but the hospitality and staff make up for it as they are friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING!! Gorgeous food, amazing service and friendly staff. We were all upset when we had to checkout. Already planning another trip and will 100% stay here again. Thank you to all in this hotel for an amazing stay.

The Hotel stuff were amazing however the room was extremely hot. The Ac was not working and despite someone having a look at it, it still did not work and we had to make do with a fan. Other than that it was all very good.

The plates at the breakfast always dirty and stinks Ac didn't work The entrance stinks like drainage

The reception and restaurant area was stinking due to dampness, found cockroach crawling on food in coffee shop, bathrooms in the room was not clean and cramped. Didn't experience any Accor benefits like welcome drink, early check in or late check out. My request for extension by 20 minutes against standard check out was rejected. Overall I find my home more immaculate and comfortable than this hotel.

Great hotel, good central location, we walked to the Eiffel Tower from here. Rooms very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was buffet & delicious, plenty of choices. Nice bar upstairs with views of Paris & Eiffel Tower.
