What a fantastic resort! Staff are very welcoming and always willing to help with any question or request, or are even just up for a friendly genuine chat Frankie at the front desk is wonderful and was wonderful throughout our stay. He gifted My son a cute little elephant soft toy so that won him over immediately haha The resort has a great balance of family friendly vibes and adult friendly vibes also, offering breathtaking views of the shoreline of patong beach and up the shoreline of Kammala. Close to the excitement but at the same time tucked away from the hussle and bustle My son had a one on one Muay Thai lesson taught by Bank who was fantastic and very patient! They became good mates afterwards We stayed in a family suite, lots of room for the three of us to move around. Fresh linen and towels, clean and comfortable. About out to Lah who looked after us, absolute sweetheart. Would recommend to everyone!

Very nice stay throughout!!! Good location and helpful staff, specially the lady named Garfew :) Would recommend if you are staying with a baby and family. The only setback is that the property is old and there are mosquitoes and ants.

Very pretty property with convenient amenities. The staff is incredibly nice, very accommodating and hospitable. I enjoyed the spa and the pool. My housekeeper was fantastic!! Her name is Lah and she is wonderful 🙏🏼I highly recommend the resort.

We booked a room with pool access for 5 days, but we ended up checking out after 2 days booking a cheaper and much better hotel. The rooms with pool access are very old and have very low ceilings which felt like being in a cave. The pool access rooms also have the worse location at the hotel, because the view towards the pool is a metal fence with a little green in front. It is difficult to see from the pictures how the rooms and pool access area really is like, but I will definitely not recommend booking your stay at Novotel Phuket Resort. You can find much better and nicer hotels which are even cheaper on Phuket. The staff at the hotel were nice and service minded, and it wasn’t their fault that the hotel was such a bad experience
