You are nestled in the village and just about everything is just a few steps away. Restaurants, bistros, retail and all the history! Breakfast was great, pillows also! Staff was so courteous and extremely helpful! Another bonus ….water was readily available.

Hotel located in a Nice area & location but the Beds & pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed felt like you were sleeping on the floor; very hard. Room decor was nothing to brag about, simple and nothing special. Very few amenities; No conditioner, body lotion, wash  cloths, etc. Breakfast was very good & plentiful. Dinner food & service was awful. Asked for hangers & had to call 2 times & a visit to the reception area before I got 3 extra hangers (I asked for 10). Safe is complicated to set up. We were very happy to leave this hotel. Would not recommend.

Perfect location in town, received a lovely warm friendly welcome by Yoann. Would stay again based off of the teams hospitality. Beds comfy and lovely hot shower. Yoann is a credit to the hotel, no matter what time of day/night he was there with great hospitality and that’s really appreciated. We left and completely forgot to leave a tip which we are so sorry about. I emailed the hotel prior to arriving about the best place to park. Directions were very clear and once in the car park it’s clearly signed where to park in relation to which Mercure you are staying in. Not sure how people are getting confused over which hotel they are in as this will say on your booking! This isn’t the hotel’s fault

Great location but very confusing as there are 2 mercures close together we were in the one further away from the carpet hard work wheeling suitcases over the cobbles stones there isn’t enough clear information about parking and hotel location. Staff were friendly and helpful which made it more pleasant only one lift and were allowed to use the stairs no access to levels which I thought wasn’t too especially with only one lift. Rooms were a bit dated and the aircon wasn’t working that well unless you had the fan up and then it was too noisy.

Room had leaking air conditioner. Dripping noise and soaked floor indicated an ongoing and unresolved problem. Called to ask for service. Maintenance man left for day. No rooms available to change. Probably BS. Very poor treatment for a Marriot affiliate hotel. Also no USB ports and worst threadbare towels I've ever had in a hotel. Appealing.
