One night, short stay. Nice and large, clean and well equiped bedroom. Good restaurant. Just a slight issue that has been quickly solved with the room access card.

First time visiting Lux. Hotel was nice. Big rooms, friendly staff. Two options for breakfast, near the tram, which will get you downtown in no time.

Our whole family (3 adults and one child) have booked your 14 days’ tour group departing at Paris on 14 oct 2023. The hotel in Luxembourg at the first day is Novotel luxembourg Kirchbreg. It has newly painted and has great smells in the arranged room for me. I have brought a 3 years old child, thus I asked the tour guider to exchange an hotel room without big smell. The tour manager told me the front desk told him the hotel is full, we should stay in the arranged room or else we will sleep in the lobby. Except that the tour manager had done nothing but showed a very bad attitude toward our whole family, this has been recorded. However, the second day after I checked again with the hotel manager, they confirmed the newly painting and confirmed there are 19 rooms available that night. So obviously, the tour manager and the front desk have cheated us. They saw we brought a child and senior, they try to avoid the bother but forced us to stay in the arranged room with big smells. I don't know why the newly painted room with big smell can release to guest? is it illegal? I asked them to provide the safety report about the room with big smells. They don't provide. It's a very unhappy experience. I have never never never choose or recommend any people to live in this hotel, which may has dangerous to your heath, the most important thing is, they know they have such problem but not try to help to resolve.
