Rooms are old and dirty looking. Bathroom was terrible. Even though it may it be clean, they looked really grotty. Hardly anyone at reception. No meals available. Had to get the pool unlocked. Has to chase them up for wifi code. And I am a good member !

I booked my final night of my road trip from Perth to Darwin at the Ibis Kununurra as I was looking for some air-conditioning and relaxing night with my lovely dog! I booked easily and luckily one of the dog allocated rooms were free for me to book. The receptionist was lovely and checked me in as well as gave recommendations for dinner and also how to get to Lake Argyle. My bed was comfy and the air con was lovely and cold. The only downside was that when I checked out there was no hot water for my take away cup of tea as the kettles hadn't been turned on yet. But I can certainly deal with that when you allow my dog to come and stay with me.

My friends and I stay at the Ibis was fantastic. It was a great location, close to the cafes and shops. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable.

I enjoyed my time spent at the Ibis hotel. There were alot of facilities. I will be pleased when all the facilities are fully operational. The dining room was not open. There were facilities to sit around the pool and bbq your own food so that was an option.

Staff could not have been better - friendly helpful, so nice Hotel room is in really poor condition - ancient 1970s looking internal decor and fittings, tiles stained, old screw fittings still present. is an old motel that should have been bull-dozed 20 years ago. Not the usual Accor experience.

I liked the stay. Two things were disappointing tho. I had to fetch tea, coffee and sugar for the room. Also the vinyl lounge in the room was shedding its black vinyl and was unusable.

Lex and Windsor were phenomenal. They went over and above any service criteria to make sure that we were very well catered for, no matter that there were hardly any other people in the hotel nor that COVID has fundamentally changed the nature of hospitality and travel. The hotel itself, or at least the rooms we were in, were a bit tired and dated, but their enthusiasm and helpfulness completely negated that issue.

We had higher expectations from the Accor Group for comfort and level of service in a hotel/motel quite run down and requiring maintenance.
