We always stay in the Mercure Tempelhof when we are in Berlin. We have family living nearby, so it's convenient for that, but it's also close to the U-Bahn, the breakfast is great, the hotel is clean and well run, staff are friendly and helpful, and it's in a lively neighbourhood.
