Fantastic location. Room comfortable and clean. Check in staff were excellent. However, the service was extremely poor. Went to the bar area multiple times and there was no one around to serve each time Ome time we had to ask at reception to get someone to come and serve. Visited bar again, looking to order dinner, again, no one there to serve. Went elsewhere. Breakfast first day, no one to check in with for breakfast, plates no cleared etc seemed very short staffed. Scond day breakfast, no barista, disappointing.

only problem I had was charging back meals to my room. my booking was done thru a travel agent with full charge back as a condition of the booking. the room was outstanding

Great location. Nice staff. Appreciate we could check in early on cyclone day. Thank you. Unfortunately the bathroom door was so loud it woke me up every time someone used it. Needs some oil. Also, the mould in bathroom needs to be addressed.
