Stayed at hotel from Oct 3-6. First day fine - good room, no issues. Swam in pool but no towels so had to ask. Saturday afternoon- disaster. Went to pool no towels again. Asked several times. Didn’t arrive. Room didn’t get serviced - got fresh towels about 5 pm. Hotel was under pressure - feel for staff as clearly mgmt mucked up. Spoke to a family next morning who checked in Saturday & got room at 7.30pm.
