This is the second Sofitel we've stayed at (first in Dubai - the palms - 100% recommend). Sofitel Legend Santa Clara did not disappoint at any point! Gorgeous duplex room, sweet and fun staff, and attentive to your needs. My favorite interactions were with: Michael - check-in. Family man aspiring to travel the world! Gabriel - concierge: I'll keep practicing my Spanish, thanks for being patient with me! Johan - the fixer. Thank you for making us smile on this trip! I'm glad we chose Sofitel. Andres - Hermano! Great to talk with you. Send me your shirt size and I'll send you an anime T-shirt! Saith - super friendly, great guy to meet Carlos - Le Butler - Thank you amigo. You were attentive and we really felt like it was our anniversary celebration. Elena - spa - thank you so much for your healing hands. The pressure was "difficult but necessary" ha! Johnny - bartender: Good drinks amigo! En El Jardin restaurant: Luis, Jose, Leandro, Alessandro (his family has a restaurant in Odessa TX!). I'm sorry if I forgot anyone! 😁 We had a wonderful time, thank you for the memories.
