The location is surely strategic, close to Kebon Sirih, Gondangdia Commuterline station, Sabang, and Sarinah. Bathroom is a little bit small but tidy and clean. Room is comfortable and clean. Staffs give excellent services

It was a quite decent hotel for the price I paid. Even though, the design of the room was a little bit old and the floor was not in its perfect condition, but it is still comfortable. Unfortunately, they do not provide a shaving kit in their amenities. Breakfast was great. In my first day, they provided buffet breakfast in the restaurant. But, in the second day, they delivered the breakfast menu to the guest room. This hotel provides a gym facility and swimming pool for both adults and children.

Dear Ibis Tamarin, The stay was good, but can not have one double/king/queen bed although hotel staff said the occupancy is only 40%. Don't know why. Breakfast is also limited, even running-out of sausages as I only eat omelette/scrambled egg and sausages/meat for breakfast. Having checked with my Accor point statement you only input my last stay only for one night. It supposed to be 2 (two) nights from Feb 12 to Feb 14, 2021. Kindly please make the revision asap due to the 2 nights reservation will give me Accor bonus for Lunar Year 888 bonus points reward as well for limited time. Already sent e-mail with proof of billing but no reponse. Kindly please ul-date.

Convenient location close to TransJakarta Koridor station

Though the room may need some renovations, it is properly maintained. Jakarta seems to have heavy traffic jams. But this hotel is close to TransJakarta Busway station. So, without heavy luggage, you can cover most of the tourist attractions in Jakarta easily by using Koridor lines.

dirty rooms, full of mosqitos and some bugs, old rooms, I booked 5 days but left in the second day and have not recieved my refund till now as they say it takes 3 months as if it uses camels to go to my credit card???

The worst stay in Accor property

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 from 6-8 Dec 2019 and stayed in rooms 616 and 617. Positive comments: Location and price. Negative comments: Rooms and gym were dated and so are the beds and pillows linens. Kids complaint of itchiness on first night. Pool was dirty. Aircon in the rooms were noisy. Loud music till late night at pool side on 6-Dec. Worst comments: Breakfast on first day, Sat, 7-Dec. Came down at 8.30 am, no more food, all tables were dirty, no manager on duty, I cleaned up 1 table myself for my family since there was only 1 staff (please review the camera recording). Other guests were also waiting. No utensils. Only refilled after long wait one item at a time. I ended up brought my family to eat breakfast outside. Definitely not an Accor standard and should do something drastically to improve it. There was a guest complaining to the front office manager as we were on the way out. As a member I would request Accor to look into this matter on Sat, 7-Dec from 8.15-9 am by interviewing other guests/staff and review the camera recording to provide explanation and to all other guests.

Great location and value, staff helpful and friendly. Rooms looking a little bit dated now, could do with a refresh. Breakfast OK but not much choice of western food reflects clients. Overall not bad for the price.

Old hotel, only worth for bed and shower

old hotel, lack of maintenance and only worth for basic service : bed and shower. We drop at the lobby and there is no one (concierge) to help us to unload the bags.. my wife waiting and then must calling somebody to help (I think he is a cleaner).. another problem when I go to basement to park.. to turning I have to go out and in again where the main road is only for one way because taxi's doesn't want to move their car.. problem still continue, when I want to use the swimming pool.. my wife feel uncomfortable because smoking area table are placed very close to the swimming area so all the guys sit and smoke just next to the pool.. I think a little bit privacy needed in this area.. what was the hotel thinking ?.. As a accor member I can ask for late check out but then we decide to go earlier.. not pleasant experience here..

When we arrived, nobody at the check in desk and need to wait about 10 minutes. Hope can improved on that plus the room is nice and very good in privacy. Will stay again in November. Thanks for good hospitality

Room looked outdated. Need some improvements. The good thing about this hotel is the location. Near to many hawkers/local street foods if you like Indonesian cuisine this is great. Also walking distance to sarinah thamrin and some fancy restaurants.

Everything including the friendly staff was very good, except the breakfast. There is very little variety of food compared to my previous stay at Ibis Tamarin. For example, previously you had noodles for those who don't take rice and so on. Hope that the management could look into this request and be more generous for the amount we are paying.

The ibis Tamarin has always been a great hotel at a reasonable price, I've been staying there for the last 14 years and its always been top class. I've never ever had any problems staying at this hotel in that period of time and I even experienced an earth quake witch was also handled very professionally by the staff.

The hotel was good. But needs some improvement: 1) room - toilet flush, floor is uneven; 2) breakfast - good breakfast but table set-up especially putting table spoon and napkins are often delayed or not taken care if you go after 7.00 am.

I have stayed at this hotel many times but not during the last 5 years. The room I was in had very poor wifi, after repeated attempts to fix this I moved rooms. The phone in the room did not work properly, on 3 occasions I asked for it to be replaced it was not. I asked for a fax to be sent, but they could not get an overseas connection. I tried to call overseas but suffered the same problem. To get a drink at the bar I mostly had to join a line of people at the check in area.

Our Front Office team has also tried to fax from another AccorHotels property nearby, but unfortunately the attempt also failed --- we didn't encountered any issue so far for other overseas fax. And for the overseas telephone, we are still looking into our telephone provider for dialing overseas via VoIP numbers --- overseas telephone using normal dialing code is working fine, we checked. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we share the same concern as you as we want to ensure our IT connectivity is flawless to our Guests. Our Food & Beverage team has also taken serious note about the service quality you encountered --- I am truly sorry the experience wasn't the usual service quality we want our Guests to enjoy. Two years after my last visit, I expect more. But I don't think they did. I think they should trained the staff much2 more. I didn't feel quite welcomed. I do feel Arcadia is better than they did. Their hotel room it too old and not well designed.

fine hotel great location

Before always stayed opposite the street in Ibis Arcadia so now Ibis Tamarin for the 1st time. Fine hotel and dito staff. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay and kept well clean. Big plus (personal) is that it is the 1st time I stay in an Ibis hotel with curtains that really close well and keep the room dark. In Arciadia but also in Ibis Nana Bangkok where I stay frequently too, they use roll curtains and daylight is popping in the room through all sides at sunrise. Pool, terrace and restaurant are fine. Fitness material is outdated but nevertheless you're able to have a good work out. My only (irritating) trouble was with the WIFI connection (phone/IPad). Had to re login each time I moved from room to outside and vice versa. Even when I left my room and came out of the elevator downstairs, most of the times the connection was already lost and I needed to login again while still in the hotel.... this is never the case in other hotels where I stay. Overall very positive and hope they can solve my WIFI issue for my next visit as will surely come back (December). Marc

Price and value, economical and easy check in and out. Only issue as I asked to checkout with cash payment but hotel deducted my payment in the middle of my night stay. Will stay again if I have meetings near Cikini area.

Good customer service but not happy with 2 issues. The first was the hotel staff washed my laundry without me signing the laundry form. Secondly, property is old and need upgrading. Overall experience was stil fine.
