Affordable and Comfortable Stay

It was a quite decent hotel for the price I paid. Even though, the design of the room was a little bit old and the floor was not in its perfect condition, but it is still comfortable. Unfortunately, they do not provide a shaving kit in their amenities. Breakfast was great. In my first day, they provided buffet breakfast in the restaurant. But, in the second day, they delivered the breakfast menu to the guest room. This hotel provides a gym facility and swimming pool for both adults and children.

Dear Ibis Tamarin, The stay was good, but can not have one double/king/queen bed although hotel staff said the occupancy is only 40%. Don't know why. Breakfast is also limited, even running-out of sausages as I only eat omelette/scrambled egg and sausages/meat for breakfast. Having checked with my Accor point statement you only input my last stay only for one night. It supposed to be 2 (two) nights from Feb 12 to Feb 14, 2021. Kindly please make the revision asap due to the 2 nights reservation will give me Accor bonus for Lunar Year 888 bonus points reward as well for limited time. Already sent e-mail with proof of billing but no reponse. Kindly please ul-date.
Convenient location close to TransJakarta Koridor station

Though the room may need some renovations, it is properly maintained. Jakarta seems to have heavy traffic jams. But this hotel is close to TransJakarta Busway station. So, without heavy luggage, you can cover most of the tourist attractions in Jakarta easily by using Koridor lines.

dirty rooms, full of mosqitos and some bugs, old rooms, I booked 5 days but left in the second day and have not recieved my refund till now as they say it takes 3 months as if it uses camels to go to my credit card???
The worst stay in Accor property

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 from 6-8 Dec 2019 and stayed in rooms 616 and 617. Positive comments: Location and price. Negative comments: Rooms and gym were dated and so are the beds and pillows linens. Kids complaint of itchiness on first night. Pool was dirty. Aircon in the rooms were noisy. Loud music till late night at pool side on 6-Dec. Worst comments: Breakfast on first day, Sat, 7-Dec. Came down at 8.30 am, no more food, all tables were dirty, no manager on duty, I cleaned up 1 table myself for my family since there was only 1 staff (please review the camera recording). Other guests were also waiting. No utensils. Only refilled after long wait one item at a time. I ended up brought my family to eat breakfast outside. Definitely not an Accor standard and should do something drastically to improve it. There was a guest complaining to the front office manager as we were on the way out. As a member I would request Accor to look into this matter on Sat, 7-Dec from 8.15-9 am by interviewing other guests/staff and review the camera recording to provide explanation and to all other guests.
