Hotel was great , had a horrible experience at the Irish bar attached. I ordered my food and waited , people coming in 20-30 min after me got their food and I was still waiting. After 1 hour I asked for my money back and went to bed hungry. I will never go there again as the duty manager didn’t seem to care I was still waiting for food ( a pizza) a hour later she didn’t really want to know about it.

My name was mixed up with my coworkers on the invoice which i was told to be fixed, however no actions taken ! This is ridiculous cause i had to deal with your receptionist’s fault. She was extremely ignorant and incompetent to what she was doing, she didnt even listen and made mistakes, then didnt even bother herself to fix it on the invoice. Besides, most of the entrance doors to the zones were bot working which made us to park in front of the reception and walk a long way trying to find a working door ! Definitely disappointing !

I stay with you every 2 weeks. I havnt got anything really to complain about. The staff at the Mercure in Broome are so nice. The only thing is that I’m platinum and have only been up graded once because they were short of rooms.

The room was dirty . The facility need painting . One pool was unswimable . Basin in bathroom chipped . I stay in many hotels and this one was by far the worst . I actually took pictures for the first time to send to bookings.com but didn’t .

Comfortable stay, little disappointed in general condition of facilities. Floating pool light, Aircon noisy needing service. But overall staff great and an enjoyed couple of R&R days.

Quick check in clean rooms I left my sneakers out side on the veranda at night they were gone the next morning itinerants walking through.

The air conditioner didn't work and the shower nozzle shot water out at every direction other than where I was actually standing.

The emergency pack is a necessary precaution during such events as all our outlets need to be closed during once a red alert has been issued. I often stay at the Mercure Broome. Good location. Convenient. Nice feeling to the place. But ever since this new wing was built - 10 years ago - I have marvelled at how millions of dollars could be spent on nice facilities and the architect or someone could get something like room lighting so terribly, terribly wrong. Is it too much to expect to be able to see once steps foot inside one's room?
