My family and I had a great time in Novotel Surabaya Ngagel. The service was great, the staff were very polite, and the food was good too. The Hotel also had some very good facilities like the pretty big pool. Over all, I had a very good time in Novotel Surabaya Ngagel and I will definitely come back when I visit Surabaya again.

Saya senang bisa stay di Novotel Hotel&Suites Ngagel Surabaya. Meski hanya 1 malam namun pengalaman stay berkesan, anak-anak happy, tempatnya bagus cocok untuk getaway bersama keluarga. Meski terasa sekali bahwa sumber daya manusianya agak kurang mungkin efek pandemi namun saya berusaha mengerti karena tim Novotel begitu nice dan sopan terutama Bapak paruh baya(saya tidak tahu namanya) yang bertugas membersihkan piring dan meja di restoran saat sarapan- memakai kemeja putih (apakah ini sign Bapak ini masih probation atau pekerja part time, semoga dapat apresiasi), terlihat kewalahan namun tetap menuntaskan dengan baik dan berkata sopan dalam bahasa Jawa halus, appreciate it. Juga Mas dan Bapak bellboy yang bertugas di depan, begitu baik membantu kami dengan koper besar. Kolam renang jadi main attraction yang bikin anak-anak super happy,kolamnya bersih, tamannya bersih dan terawat, thumbs up. Input untuk kelengkapan kamar mandi, sabun dan shampoo hanya diisi sedikit, namun saya juga berusaha memahami bahwa mungkin bagian dari kampanye ramah lingkungan Novotel. Semuanya worthy, pasti akan kembali jika berlibur ke Surabaya. Terima kasih.

We had booked a suite but when we reached at 5 pm we were told we were to wait as room was not ready although check in time was 2 pm. Then we were allotted an executive suite, after much argument. We could not sleep the whole night as there was a wedding in the hotel and there was a party in the room above. Till 4 am in the morning we were awake and had to threaten to call the police to get them to shut off the music.

This hotel has very well designer. Unique architecture combined with beautiful Garden in the heart of Surabaya. It is a good asset which another hotel doesnt have. I wish that this beautiful garden can be maintained. The regreneration planning of the trees should be planned. Room is perfect, cleaned and well maintained. I am very happy. A bit problem is in the lobby area. Hope that It can be solved soon.

Changing policies : 1. Deposit for additional access card - my previous visit requested no deposit 2. When restaurant very full - say goodbye to protocols. No distancing-crowd in the house. 3. When no distancing and very crowded, we decided to ask to have our meal in the room-they said not allowed. Different policy again Shortage of food during breakfast and the bread toaster is very small-just like in my house. While this is used at 4* hotel.
