In desperate need of repairs

The sheets and towels were far from white. The pool was missing a large number of tiles. The water slide doesn't work and is in a state of disrepair. Overall the property has potential but is very poorly maintained. The rooms are large and the staff are friendly hence the reason it got 2 stars. No way this is still a 4 star hotel. By far the worst Novotel I've ever stayed at.

Cozy room with bath tube and great pool view, affordable prize, great pool, love a staff and great breakfast on pool side.. Both of my daughter is very happy with a pool and always say to coming back here..

Habitación amplia y limpia con salida hacia la piscina. Cama y lencerías de alta calidad. La construcción aunque se ve vieja está muy bien mantenida. Tiene un edificio de tres pisos que se ve fue construido en una primera etapa y otro de mas pisos y más moderno Buen restaurante y lo más importante es la excelente atención del personal. Altamente recomendado.

No dudo que en el momento de su inauguración, allá por los 90, fuera uno de los mejores hoteles de la Ciudad de los héroes pero ahora se le nota el paso de los años. La habitación que me tocó era grande pero de estilo viejo con un baño que necesitaría alguna reforma. Eso sí el entorno es agradable, con una piscina grande ubicada en un jardín que te hace olvidar el ajetreo de la ciudad... o casi si no fuera por el tren que pasa cerca que no consiguen tapar las ranas que ocupan la piscina al anochecer. Un chico se dedica a cazarlas pero el pobre no puede.... Tienes tiempo de observarlo en su tarea mientras de desesperas esperando a que un camarero venga a atenderte en la terraza del bar/restaurante que está a orillas del agua. La carta es pobre en bebidas pero el restaurante no está mal. El bufet es correcto. En recepción les costó encontrar la reserva y aun así insistían en que no estaba bien. Al final todo se solucionó pero podrían dar mejor trato al huésped en vez de dudar de su buena fe. Un hotel de este nivel debería exigir mayor profesionalismo y mejor nivel de inglés, no sólo a los jefes.

Estuvimos una noche de paso hacia Borneo. Hotel moderno y cuidado. Habitaciones cómodas y buena comida. Personal atento y agradable. Instalaciones lo,Pías y bien cuidadas. Una buena elección para pasar un tiempo corto.
