It was a good stay. The restutarant is neat and clean. The rooms are spacious. Good pool. Great breakfast options. Only hassle is bad wifi connection.

The hotel is really nice and we loved breakfast. As we went during the winter, we could not use de swimming pool, but looked pretty cool too. You must improve de wifi service. A 4 star hotel can’t have rooms without it

I had booked 11 twins and 1 single. The service was beyond horrible. All of my guest complained about the service. Stuff as simple as towels for teh rooms were not provided and had to be requested on multiple occasions. The front desk was extremely unpolite and rude. All, everyone ever cared was to try and get a tip, from the bellman to the housekeeping lady....and provide no service!!!!

I would not stay here again. The location is perfect with pyramid view. But the service was on a very low level. There where problems with interne, when I asked for the code for another network at the front desk I was showed a sign on the desk. The snorky man with back combed hair at the front desk was not at all interested to even listen. Omar at the front desk was the only reason we stayed. He was helpful and nice. Also the breakfast manager and the man who helped us to check out was nice. He was there when we checked in as well. The restuarant bufee was a joke. Cold food and bad service. When ordering a coke I was given a can, fine but a glass or a straw would have been nice. The waiter was there and picked up the plate under our noses and we had not even finished it. The minibar was filled up with 3 sodas but never refilled the second day. Towels was not clean, the supplied body lotion was a "second hand"that was half full and full of dried residue around the cap. Ok, small details but all in all …….

The hotel staff are friendly and professional this partially made up for the hotel looking dated - Hotel needs to be up dated - even just a paint job inside will improve the look - also many lights not working or off in the evening so lighting in the hotel is low

Disliked · Staff were the worst we experienced in Egypt, despite paying 27% in taxes and service charges daily, as well as a 320 pound daily room supplement that my friends were not charged (and no one could explain why) the staff in general would not lift a finger in any way until you had paid them some baksheesh. Called down for laundry service twice, ended up taking it to the Concierge, paying him cash (again) and despite being 30min before the cutoff for same day service, had to pay again that afternoon to get it all back the same day. Drinks are $40 each, check in and out at the front desk more resembles a UFC tournament rather than a Marriott counter. people who push in and yell will get served even though you were speaking to staff. a wholly forgettable experience.

The hotel is well situated and the staff are friendly and courteous. The view over the pyramids is spectacular and the balcony is spacious. The room could have done with some general maintenance.

We stayed for 2 nights, liked the fact that hotel allowed early check in (it was needed after 10 hour flight), they upgraded us to a Pyramid view room at no cost. The room was clean, breakfast buffet plentiful. Italian restaurant was a bit disappointing: regardless of high price the food was poorly prepared. I ordered seafood- got 5 shrimp heads and 3 tails, veal cutlet was overcooked. They allowed to store luggage after check out. There is an exchange office and souvenir stores in the lobby.

Beds very comfortable and large room but cleanliness could be better. Check in was very long although we pre checked in online. It was late and our 3 year old daughter was tired so would have hoped for a better service

The hotel was rundown the carpets to the hotel room had mud and dirt stains. Twice had to ask for towels was surprised as to how the basics things were not in place. The tour desk staff was the worst trying to recover their share of money for taking us for a ride by the pyramid camel ride people they knew as we paid unknowingly twice the normal price ( we paid €700/- per person x 4). When the tour desk got to know they wanted the receipt to claim their cut on our time. The next day when we paid €900/- to go to the city tour the driver of the hotel tour desk car Osama was trying to get their cut by going back to the pyramids on our time. Totally unprofessional behaviour. The positive was the Breakfast pastries was very good and the room service and Italian restaurant staff Tarik was excellent. Overall very disappointing experience in the hotel

The rooms did not feel clean and the A/C was not working. Always had to get help and they said it would cool down in 30 minutes but did not work well.
