Just what we wanted by Darling Harbour. Pity about the workings nearby but hopefully it will be even better soon. Some details on how to access the place from the light rail would have been helpful. We managed but found ramps later that would have made the original trip with luggage easier.

The staff were so friendly and looked after us. The room was a good size and the bedding was very comfortable. There was a little supermarket 2 minutes walk away, the light rail was about 5 minutes walk through the car park and Darling Harbour was less than 10 minutes. Had a nice view of the city too.

Great location. Facilities were appropriate for what we paid. Parking was a bit expensive compared to Wilson parking next door. I would like to have known what we could get for breakfast and I may have then eaten in the hotel. Instead we went to the cafe across the street and had a lovely breakfast there for much cheaper than the IBIS breakfast price.

My husband and I brought my grandson with us for a break in school holidays. the hotel is well situated, with friendly staff who are eager to please. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and food and service were excellent, as were the bar staff. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely customer service agent who remembered us during our stay.

Location is a 10. Everything was old. The room’s fitting was clearly old and needed repair. Very simple. Expensive for what you got. Stayed at the Mercure by central station and it was spectacular, same money for it. Staff was lovely. Thank you.
