Definitely stay here again, well located and in walking distance to most things. Breakfast was very good, catering for all. Rooms were adequate for our short stay. Staff very helpful.

Friday night April 4th 2025 experience. 1. The room rate was a bit cheaper than the hotel l stayed in on Thursday night. 2. Wifi access was a very great welcoming relief as l did not have it in the hotel that l stayed in on Thursday night. 3. The staff on duty on Friday morning was more helpful than the staff on duty on Saturday morning. I suppose Friday morning was not so busy compared to Saturday morning which l gathered was very busy. 4. I enjoyed the hot chocolate small bagged drink in the room.

Room was underwhelming; similar quality to lower end rooms in Thailand. Went to move the chair, it's broken. Bed was cosy, but a leaking toilet had the pump start up to refill... which startled us on every occasion, and happened so often, by the second day, we were acclimatised... would we stay there again? No

A leaking toilet and faulty furniture are certainly not acceptable, and I’ve already passed this feedback along to our maintenance team for immediate follow-up. I do appreciate your mention of the bed being cozy—though I understand that the ongoing disruption from the toilet pump took away from your comfort.
