Had a wonderful 8 nights here!! Staff were amazing, every request was met, and hotel was full, as stayed over Christmas and New Year!! Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, and even the bistro for dinner one evening was good... Rooms alittle small and dated, but contained all you needed and daily cleaning on request. Location perfect, New Year's Eve firework display on Darling Harbour at 9pm, and then strolled short distance to watch Sydney Harbour Bridge display at midnight, a simply once in a lifetime experience!! thank you so much...

Lovely stay. Easy to get everywhere from here. Staff were fantastic. Clean bedding. The only things I didn’t like were the broken parts of the room and the cleanliness of the bathroom. A bedside table shelf was wobbly and about to fall off. Things in the room were busted like the built in benches. Not in good condition. Parts of a wooden border around the room were missing. The bathroom had some spots you could tell had not been cleaned in a long time. Where the shower door opens right at the bottom had yellow scum built up for example. There was also no power outlet anywhere near one of the 2 beds which made things difficult for 1 person in the room. Overall I would book again for convenience and it wasn’t an awful stay. I just did not expect what I found.
