The state of the hotel room levels are quite poor. The carpets are worn, stained and dirty. The room floors are similar. I’ve stayed at other ibis locations in the region and this property was in the poorest state.

The booking process was great but the check in process was below average. The person who checked me in was rude, blunt and disrespectful. I asked about the car park access and was pointed to the drive way. I asked about how to pay, the gentleman was rude and said it is paid at exist. I was just handed paperwork to sign without telling me what it was. When I got to my room, it wasn’t cleaned properly, I then called the restaurant and was advised it was too late to get food.. this was 7:30pm. I then google your hotel and find that it is served until 8 or 8;30, the guy at the bar was not interested and was annoyed I had gone down to order food. Overall I would not stay at this property again. I wouldn’t recommend it. Very poor service and staff were not helpful in any way

Your description of the service received at check-in and at the bar is particularly concerning, as respectful and helpful interaction is fundamental to the guest experience. I want to personally apologize for the rude and dismissive behavior you encountered — it is absolutely not acceptable, and I will be addressing this with the team involved. Similarly, the lack of clear communication around parking and restaurant hours is not the experience we aim to provide, and I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after a long day of travel. Your feedback has been shared directly with our Front Office and Food & Beverage managers for immediate review and coaching. Additionally, I have asked our housekeeping team to investigate the room condition you experienced, as cleanliness is non-negotiable. I completely understand your decision not to return based on this stay, but I sincerely hope you might reconsider in the future. If you do choose to give us another chance, I would welcome the opportunity to personally oversee your booking and ensure a vastly improved experience.
